Overview
Cameron Rivers is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Mr. Rivers focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy and restructuring cases, distressed debt workouts and acquisitions, and related litigation, including preference and fraudulent transfer litigation. He also represents clients looking to purchase or sell distressed assets and consults on complex financial and commercial transactions.
In addition, Mr. Rivers has represented debtors, financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, and creditor committees at all stages of restructuring – both in and out of court – and across various industries, including energy, transportation, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, real estate and media.
In 2018, Mr. Rivers completed his certificate in Management and Leadership for Lawyers through the Bucerius Law School and Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession.
