Overview

Arianna Robbins is labor and employment attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office where she assists employers in the healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and retail industries with employment disputes involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Her experience includes defending employers against allegations brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); and the Tennessee Human Rights Act (THRA).

Ms. Robbins has been in the equine industry for more than 20 years. She began riding horses when she was 4 years old and has competed in hunter/jumper and Western riding competitions throughout the Midwest. In college, Ms. Robbins was a member of the University of Oklahoma's Equestrian Team and Western riding team. Her experience allows her to assist equine clients in a variety of general litigation and employment matters.
