George Robertson

George G. Robertson is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office with particular experience in complex commercial litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Texas, Georgia and South Carolina, as well as in arbitrations. Mr. Robertson has a diverse civil litigation practice and regularly handles disputes in the automotive, financial, oil and gas, recreational marine, construction, healthcare and consumer financial services industries.

Mr. Robertson has significant experience representing clients in complex business disputes involving non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, protection of trade secrets, employee piracy, fraud, shareholder and membership interests, stock options, derivative suits and post-transaction suits.

Mr. Robertson's commercial experience also includes representing clients in disputes involving product liability, product warranty, general tort, consumer protection and commercial landlord/tenant claims. Mr. Robertson is well versed in all aspects of litigation, including summary judgment, trying cases, mediation, settlement, and representing clients on appeal and in arbitrations.

In addition, Mr. Robertson has substantial knowledge and experience in electronic discovery (e-discovery) practices, from preparing for anticipated e-discovery to the managed review and ultimate production of electronically stored information (ESI). His focus is on streamlining and cost-saving measures, given the often large-scale data involved.
