Overview
Amir Saboorian is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Saboorian has vast experience handling a variety of debt and equity financing transactions.
Mr. Saboorian regularly advises banks, private investment funds and other corporate lenders, borrowers and investors on acquisition financings, recapitalizations, fund-level financings and other matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Saboorian was a finance and restructuring attorney in the Dallas office of an international law firm.
Mr. Saboorian's recent representative experience includes:
- represented a leading provider of industrial cleaning and infrastructure services in a change of control transaction involving the sale of a majority equity interest to a leading global private equity fund with $60 billion of capital under management; the transaction involved a partial equity sale and partial rollover of equity interests by more than 100 founders and an earn-out
