Mariana Salinas

Mariana Salinas is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office. Ms. Salinas focuses her practice on corporate, regulatory, contracts and mediation agreements as a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in civil and commercial matters, especially between shareholders or traders, which result in contractual conflicts.

Ms. Salinas has extensive knowledge and experience in mediation and conciliation between parties in dispute to reach a mediation agreement between them, which is ratified before the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City.

Ms. Salinas also handles corporate transactions regarding the incorporation of companies with foreign investment and the representation of foreign corporations in Mexico, the transformation and dissolution of corporations and the drafting of various of commercial agreements.
