In addition to her zoning and land use work, Ms. San Roman has an active environmental practice that includes securing environmental permits, providing strategic planning and permitting for development, and regularly appearing before the Miami-Dade County Environmental Quality Control Board (EQCB) on behalf of her clients. She advises clients on environmental due diligence in major M&A, handles real estate transactions and financings, and is deeply engaged with the Florida Environmental Network, where she presents at the Environmental Permitting Summer School.
