Curtis L. Sano

Curtis L. Sano is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. He has more than 30 years of experience representing developers, lenders, investors, property owners and tenants in real estate development and transactions for residential, data center, office, retail and hotel properties. Mr. Sano also represents property owners, lenders and investors in debt and equity financing and associated entity structuring and is a member of the firm’s opinions committee.

Mr. Sano also has extensive experience in joint ventures in opportunity zone transactions. He advises clients regarding real estate equity investments, conventional and securitized loans, real estate transfer tax planning and covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCRs), and reciprocal easements.
