Erica Santos

Erica Santos is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office, where she focuses her practice on acquisition, sale, development, leasing and financing transactions at a national and local level. Ms. Santos guides real estate clients in Boston and beyond through legal due diligence, title review, survey review, environmental reports, zoning reports and the closing process. Her clients include buyers, sellers and owners of real property, as well as institutional lenders, private lenders and borrowers. Her experience spans multiple asset classes, including multifamily, retail, office and industrial.

With advanced degrees in business and law, Ms. Santos brings a distinct hybrid of knowledge to tackle her clients' business and legal challenges. She is experienced in large-volume portfolio real estate work, enabling her to assist clients in improving their internal business processes and increasing efficiency, in addition to offering valuable legal guidance.

In addition, Ms. Santos has a significant background in corporate structuring and restructuring, non-real estate asset-based financing and revolving credit facilities. Ms. Santos also has in-depth knowledge of corporation formation and structuring for use in connection with real estate development and investment funds.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Santos was an attorney at an international law firm in its Boston office. While in law school, she was a member of the Review of Banking & Financial Law.
