Overview
Eric Schlichte is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group.
He primarily represents financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers in the structuring and negotiation of corporate finance transactions, including asset-based revolving credit facilities, cash-flow lending, term loan facilities and other senior-secured debt financing. Mr. Schlichte also advises clients on intercreditor and subordination arrangements in connection with his clients' credit facilities and has experience with financial restructurings.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Schlichte was an attorney at a well-known Boston law firm.
