David B. Shepherd

David B. Shepherd is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office, where he focuses his practice on commercial real estate financings, acquisitions/dispositions and development matters. Mr. Shepherd has experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, as well as project, construction and mezzanine financings. He is also experienced in handling the acquisition and disposition of improved and unimproved properties.

Additionally, Mr. Shepherd is experienced in representing landlords and tenants in commercial real estate leasing transactions for office spaces, restaurants, co-working spaces and other retail uses.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Shepherd worked in property management for a prominent privately held New York City-based development company.
