Overview
Zachary "Zach" E. Sherman is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Mr. Sherman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, disputes and arbitrations. He also handles government investigations, consumer protection defense and compliance, and representations and warranties insurance (RWI) claims.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Sherman served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Edwin G. Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
While in law school, Mr. Sherman was a member of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board and a semifinalist in the Emory Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition.
