Daniel Alexander Silver

Daniel Alexander Silver is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office, and he is experienced in commercial litigation, securities litigation, shareholder matters, arbitrability issues, and bankruptcy litigation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Silver accumulated extensive federal court experience by serving as both law clerk and career law clerk to the Honorable Steven D. Merryday of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Before clerking, Mr. Silver worked as a litigation associate at a national law firm in New York.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Silver was elected to the Order of the Coif.
