Brian Braine Sperry

Brian Braine Sperry is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. Mr. Sperry concentrates on helping businesses receive favorable results in complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Sperry has extensive experience defending against class actions related to data-security incidents and consumer-insurance disputes in federal courts nationwide. That experience includes litigating before the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on whether cases should be transferred to one district court for pretrial proceedings. He has also helped clients obtain early dismissals, defeat class certification, win on summary judgment and negotiate favorable individual settlements.

Mr. Sperry also has experience litigating trademark disputes in federal court. He has obtained temporary restraining orders and injunctions that prevent opposing parties from continuing to infringe on his clients' registered marks.

No matter the type of dispute, Mr. Sperry focuses on identifying clients' litigation and business objectives. Based on those objectives, Mr. Sperry forms creative, practical solutions to resolve disputes to the satisfaction of his clients.

While in law school, Mr. Sperry was an articles editor for the American Criminal Law Review.
