Caroline Spiers

Caroline Spiers is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Ms. Spiers focuses her practice on corporate and securities transactions. 

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Spiers was a summer associate in the firm's Houston office. In this role, she gained experience assisting on real estate transactions and corporate matters.

During law school, Ms. Spiers was an editor for the Houston Law Review.

• Represented QuarterNorth Energy Inc., a privately held offshore Gulf of Mexico exploration and production operator with working interests in several prolific deepwater U.S. Gulf of Mexico assets, in its $1.29 billion acquisition by Talos Energy Inc. (NYSE: TALO), a leading energy company focused on offshore oil and gas exploration and production as well as the development of future carbon capture and storage opportunities in the United States Gulf Coast, Gulf of Mexico and offshore Mexico
