Leigh Stanfield is an intellectual property attorney in Holland & Knight’s Nashville office. Ms. Stanfield assists clients across a broad spectrum of industries (including media and entertainment, retail, technology, hospitality and healthcare) with various trademark, copyright, software licensing and data privacy matters.

Ms. Stanfield regularly works with clients to draft and negotiate software development and licensing agreements; secure and enforce trademark and copyright protection; assess obligations under evolving data privacy laws, rules and regulations; and navigate other existing and emerging issues in intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT). Ms. Stanfield also has substantial experience advising clients on various IP and IT issues in merger and acquisition transactions, including IP ownership and licensing, internal confidentiality and security policies and practices, and data privacy compliance.
