Joseph A. Steinberg

Joseph Steinberg is a partner in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. He represents financial institutions and business entities in connection with domestic and international finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, mezzanine credit facilities, equity financing and securitizations. He has completed transactions on behalf of lenders involving office buildings, mixed-use properties, shopping centers, retail facilities, hotels, hospitality and leisure facilities, industrial facilities and condominium developments located throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. Steinberg is experienced in bankruptcy and restructuring and corporate compliance.

Before joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Steinberg worked for a private law firm. During law school, he served as a summer clerk for the Honorable John E. Steele, Middle District of Florida.
