Mia Stutzman

Mia C. Stutzman is the Chief Financial Officer for Holland & Knight. She is responsible for all firm finance and accounting functions, including general accounting, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, tax, client funds, billing and collections. She works closely with executive management to assess and implement major finance initiatives.

Ms. Stutzman joined Holland & Knight from a Big Four public accounting firm, where she served in client-service roles of increasing responsibility for 17 years. She served companies in all stages of growth, from start-ups to large, publicly held companies. She has extensive experience in debt and equity offerings, merger and acquisition transactions, and routine SEC filings.
