María Natalia Suárez Martínez

María Natalia Suárez Martinez is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Suárez has more than 13 years of experience in contractual law, commercial law and national and international agreements, with a particular emphasis in the oil and gas sector.

Ms. Suárez focuses her practice on advising foreign clients in corporate matters, negotiating on a broad range of legal and commercial agreements as well as contractual and regulatory matters relevant to the energy sector.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Suárez worked as a general counsel with a number of international companies focused in the oil and gas industry, where she advised them on corporate, contractual and environmental matters as well as the negotiation and drafting of joint operating agreements and farm-out agreements.
