Overview
Toni Suh is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office. Ms. Suh focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, joint venture, financing, development and leasing.
Ms. Suh represents real estate institutions, developers and corporations on a broad spectrum of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects in connection with shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, condominiums, retail properties and multifamily housing. She also has experience representing clients in the negotiation and drafting of various construction-related agreements, including consulting, design, development, installation and other professional services agreements.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Suh was an attorney at a global law firm in its Washington, D.C., office.
