Ryan T. Tran

Ryan T. Tran is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Newport Beach office and a member of the firm's West Coast Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Tran focuses his practice on business litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, real estate disputes, judgment enforcement and a variety of litigation-related issues.

As a summer associate, Mr. Tran worked on several cases, including a pro bono asylum application, a class action lawsuit involving stockholders' dissenter rights and a real estate dispute, among others.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Tran was a research assistant at UCLA School of Law for Professors David Marcus and Ingrid Eagly.

In the community, Mr. Tran volunteered with a legal services organization that provided pro bono legal services to unhoused and/or low-income individuals.
