Alan Urbano

Alan J. Urbano is a litigation and dispute resolution attorney in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office, where he focuses on administrative, civil and commercial matters. Mr. Urbano is experienced in complex judicial proceedings before federal and local authorities throughout the country, successfully participating on behalf of his clients.

In addition, Mr. Urbano has a significant background in bankruptcy proceedings, civil, commercial and administrative amparo proceedings, including telecommunications matters and tax claims, real estate leasing disputes and disputes between major commercial agents.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Urbano was a member of highly recognized law firms in Mexico, where his participation was key in obtaining successful results before courts, including the Supreme Court of Justice, Federal Court of Administrative Justice, Collegiate Circuit Courts, district courts and local courts in different states.
