Teresa J. Walker

Teresa Walker is the director of Tennessee Private Trust Services, a Holland & Knight subsidiary that assists and advises high-net-worth families and individuals with the formation and management of private trust companies.

Under Ms. Walker's leadership, Tennessee Private Trust Services provides comprehensive asset management/reporting solutions to high-net-worth families and individuals, including the following services:

• trust administration
• asset management
• wealth transfer planning
• charitable assistance and administration
• private trust company meeting planning and facilitation

Based in Holland & Knight's Nashville office, Ms. Walker a has had a long career in the legal industry. She previously served as chief operating officer (COO) of a 225-attorney law firm located in the Southeast. She was inducted as a fellow into the College of Law Practice Management and serves on its board of trustees.  She also served as president of the Association of Legal Administrators serving on its board for six years. Ms. Walker received the Outstanding Association Volunteer Award from the association.

Ms. Walker is recognized as a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) by the Association of Legal Administrators and as a certified Legal Project Associate (LPA) by the International Institute of Legal Project Management.
