Overview
Emily Wassermann is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office, where she represents clients in asset management and commercial leasing for retail, office and industrial projects across the country. Ms. Wassermann also assists clients with financing, easements, and purchase and sale transactions.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Wassermann worked in the Houston real estate group and in the Miami corporate and capital markets group of other international law firms.
While law school, Ms. Wassermann served as an intern for the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for the Honorable Darrin P. Gayles of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
