Brandon Wilens

Brandon M. Wilens is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Newport Beach office and a member of the firm's West Coast Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Wilens focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Wilens has experience with a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, complex breach of contract and fraud claims, and unlawful detainer actions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Wilens was an extern to the Honorable Dolly M. Gee of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

During law school, Mr. Wilens was selected by law school faculty to serve as a legal research and writing advisor to first-year law students. Outside the classroom, Mr. Wilens mentored aspiring law school students through the UCLA Law Fellows program, which provides educational resources and mentorship to traditionally underrepresented law school applicants.
