Overview

Keiana Wilkerson is a civil litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Tallahassee office. Ms. Wilkerson focuses her practice on a variety of litigation matters, including contract dispute resolution, appellate practice, lawyer ethics and risk management and regulation, consumer protection defense and compliance, and healthcare regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Wilkerson was a law clerk at an appellate law firm in Tallahassee, where she provided legal support by cite checking briefs, conducting legal research, and helping compose and edit motions and briefs. Additionally, Ms. Wilkerson served as an in-house counsel extern for a Jacksonville-based business. In this role, she supported the litigation efforts of the company with collection claims and workers' compensation claims, as well as helping to redline documents.

While in law school, Ms. Wilkerson served as a notes and comments editor of the Florida State University Law Review, and was a research assistant for Professor Mark Seidenfeld, the school's Patricia A. Dore Professor of Administrative Law.
