Overview
William Xiong is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia and New York offices. Mr. Xiong focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance matters.
Mr. Xiong has experience representing an array of financial institutions in the acquisition, disposition and financing of a range of asset classes, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality and single-family rental.
In addition, Mr. Xiong has advised on a wide variety of loan executions, including balance-sheet loans, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), construction lending, bridge lending, syndications, sale-leaseback transactions and repurchase facilities, as well as modifications and workouts of distressed assets.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Xiong was an attorney at a national law firm in Philadelphia.
