Robert Erdman

Robert Erdman is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office. Mr. Erdman focuses his practice on all facets of commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing and workouts of hospitality, multifamily, office and retail assets.

Mr. Erdman advises and counsels clients in connection with these matters, including the drafting and negotiating of purchase and sale agreements, leases, ground leases, easements, restrictive covenants, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements (SNDAs), forbearance agreements, commercial financing documents and reviewing and resolving title, survey and due diligence concerns.
