Holland & Knight Adds Real Estate Finance Partner Margot Hammond in Boston
BOSTON (April 24, 2017) – Real estate finance lawyer Margot Hammond has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the firm’s Boston office. She focuses her practice on net leasing and commercial lending, including representation of institutional lenders and underwriters in credit tenant lease financings and commercial mortgage loan originations. Moving to Holland & Knight with Ms. Hammond is associate Stephanie Frank. Both were previously with Dechert LLP in Boston.

Ms. Hammond has handled more than $3.5 billion of sale-leaseback private placements and 144As relating to hundreds of commercial properties across the United States; more than $2.5 billion of lease financings of U.S. government facilities, hospitals, medical office buildings, headquarters buildings, retail properties, equipment and university properties in permanent and construction-to-permanent loans; and more than $2 billion of commercial mortgage loans secured by hospitality, office, retail, U.S. government and garage properties.

Ms. Hammond received a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Frank also received a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law and earned a B.A. degree from Louisiana State University.
