Prominent Real Estate Attorney Sara Bernard Joins Holland & Knight in Orlando
Orlando, Fla. (February 26, 2019) – Real estate attorney Sara Bernard has joined Holland & Knight's Orlando office as a partner. Ms. Bernard handles a wide range of transactions as counsel for developers, builders, institutional lenders, and public and private entities. She was previously a partner with Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel.

Ms. Bernard has experience in negotiating, drafting and closing complex commercial and residential purchase/sale transactions. She has handled all aspects of the development, management and operation of all types of real estate including retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks, medical and technology clusters, sports and entertainment clusters, senior-living communities, hospitals, golf courses, large scale mixed-use developments, residential subdivisions, apartments and condominiums.
Ms. Bernard earned a J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.S. degree from the University of Central Florida.
In the community, Ms. Bernard serves on the University of Central Florida Foundation board of directors and is an executive committee member of the University of Central Florida Alumni Association.
