21st Annual NYU Workshop on Employment Law for Federal Judges

Partner Frederick Braid will be moderating two panels at this year's Workshop on Employment Law for Federal Judges at New York University. The first panel, Gender and the Law, will explore issues involving gender, sexual orientation, and sexual identity in the workplace. The second panel concerns Technology in the Workplace and will address issues arising out of employer use of technology such as social media, online recruiting, data analytics and artificial intelligence in making employment decisions.
