2019 AJCU Finance Officers and General Counsel Conference

Attorneys Paul Lannon and Phil Catanzano will be speaking at the 2019 AJCU Finance Officers and General Counsel Conference in Boston.

Mr. Lannon will be speaking on the "Institutions in Financial Distress" panel on April 25 at 12:45 - 1:45 p.m. ET. Mr. Lannon will provide his insights on the legal considerations that general counsels of colleges and universities should make when their institutions begins to have financial issues.

Mr. Catanzano will be providing an "Office for Civil Rights (OCR) Update" on April 26 at 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. ET. Mr. Catanzano will discuss legal updates on laws and how to navigate the OCR's recent updates.
