The Revised Florida Business Corporation Act (and Other Florida Entity Statutes)

Attorney Louis Conti will be speaking at the Florida Bar's Tax Section Luncheon. Mr. Conti's presentation titled "Revisions to the Florida Business Corporations Act," will cover significant revisions to the Act that were passed in the last legislative session and will become effective in just a few months – January 1, 2020.
