Renewable Natural Gas Conference

Renewable Energy attorneys Susan Lafferty and Amish Shah will be speaking at the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Conference on December 14. This annual gathering, hosted by The Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas, gathers industry leaders from across the world who are interested in achieving corporate sustainability objectives, complying with policy requirements and increasing energy independence.

Ms. Lafferty will moderate a panel titled "Renewable Fuel Standard: A Discussion on EPA’s Proposed SET Rule and the Potential Impact of eRINs, BioIntermediates, and D3 RIN Supply and Demand."

Mr. Shah will participate in a panel titled "Inflation Reduction Act: A Conversation on the Critical Questions and Opportunities for RNG and Biogas in the IRA’s Energy Provisions and Tax Credits."
