A Comprehensive Look at Representations and Warranties Insurance

Corporate Services attorney Chauncey Lane will participate in the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section's 2023 Spring Meeting in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Lane's session will take place on the first day of the event and will focus on representations and warranties insurance (RWI) in merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. Speakers will look at the history of RWI, its advantages and disadvantages and the process for obtaining it amid transaction negotiations. They will also provide examples of negotiations of an insured detail and policy.
