AI at the Speed of Light: Ever-Changing Technology Meets Ever-Changing Legislation, Regulations and Standards

Data strategy and business attorney Glynna Christian will speak at the American Bar Association's (ABA) 2023 Artificial Intelligence & Robotics National Institute at the Santa Clara University School of Law. The two-day conference will cover hot topics in artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics, including ChatGPT and generative AI, cybersecurity and cyber attacks, intellectual property and ethics. Ms. Christian's presentation will take place on the first day of the event and will explore efforts to regulate AI. Speakers will explain regulatory and policy initiatives as well as examine how the projects like the National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST) AI Risk Management Framework can facilitate compliance.
