Collaboration for Passenger Rail Success

Transportation & Infrastructure attorney Michael Friedberg will participate in the Railway Supply Institute's (RSI) Technical Conference held in conjunction with the organization's Railway Interchange conference in Indianapolis, Indiana. The event provides educational presentations on railway industry developments, innovation and other trending topics. Mr. Friedberg's session, "Collaboration for Passenger Rail Success," will explore how organizations can come together to ensure funding for the rail supply chain is properly allocated. The discussion will look at funds available in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) as well as explain how procurement, support for the supply chain, congressional education and the regulatory environment can support new technology and innovation.
