U.S. Perspective: Family Wealth Planning Course

Private Wealth Services attorney Eduardo Arista will take part in an online course titled "Reorganization of Family Estates," in which he will explain U.S. trusts to a Colombia-based audience and address relevant considerations for asset transfers between Colombian citizens and U.S. residents in accordance with the Corporate Transparency Act. The course will also cover general considerations for wealth, estates and liquidity, as well as family estate planning and life insurance, among other topics.
