The Fashion Collaboration

Fashion and entertainment law attorney Danielle Garno will join the Counseling Creators: Influencers, Artists and Trendsetters Negotiation Competition and Conference, hosted by the University of Miami School of Law. The event combines competition with education, kicking off with a Negotiation Competition where law students nationwide will "represent" their favorite influencers, brands, artists and other creators. The next day will bring a full slate of presentations on brand deals, fair use, promoter liability, compliance and more. Ms. Garno will speak on a panel exploration collaboration in the fashion industry.
