Oral Argument

Appellate attorney Christopher Bellows will speak at a virtual program during a bootcamp on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit hosted by Pincus Professional Education. He will discuss the ins and outs of oral arguments, including preparation, rules, expectations of judges and professional presentation for lawyers new to the circuit. Eleventh Circuit Judge Charles R. Wilson will also provide commentary during the presentation.

Partners Monica Castro and Rebecca Plasencia will also speak during the program. Their session, "Brief Writing," will immediately precede Mr. Bellows' presentation.
