Federal Criminal and Civil Enforcement: Recent Highlights and Emerging Issues

Healthcare attorney Henry Leventis, former U.S. attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, will participate in a presentation on federal criminal and civil enforcement topics during the 25th Annual Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Ethics and Compliance Congress. Alongside former Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice's (DOJ) Consumer Protection Branch Arun Rao, Mr. Leventis will analyze the implications of the DOJ's latest actions affecting the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, in addition to other criminal and civil enforcement issues and projections.
