Green Contracting: Materializing the Future of Sustainable Contracting

Holland & Knight's environmental team in Colombia will present a seminar exploring the concept of "green contracting" and the implementation of sustainable practices in private contracting. Attorneys José Vicente Zapata, Estefanny Pardo and María Camila Aponte will offer strategies for due diligence, integrating responsible practices, as well as trends and companies' experiences in this field. The in-person event will take place in the context of the COP16 conference in Colombia and will be co-hosted with the Cali Chamber of Commerce.
