Holland & Knight attorneys will share their insights and perspectives on the following topics in relation to the election and expected approaches of the new administration:
- domestic oil and gas production and expanded access to public lands and offshore waters to oil and gas development
- impact of the renewed restrictions imposed by the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and conservation regulations and initiatives on domestic oil and gas activity
- continued regulation and enforcement actions related to methane emissions and the taxes and fees associated with such emissions
- possible energy regulation and executive actions related to oil and gas, liquified natural gas (LNG) exports, pipelines, permitting, the grid and clean technology
