Dissolution, Reorganization, Restructuring, Liquidation or Insolvency

Environmental attorney José Vicente Zapata will lead a virtual seminar organized by the Universidad Externado de Colombia titled "Dissolution, Reorganization, Restructuring, Liquidation or Insolvency." During his presentation, he will address the changes introduced by new regulations in Colombia and the tools aimed at preventing and sanctioning environmental infractions, as well as the legal implications of processes like dissolution and reorganization. He will also explore practical solutions to the existing structural challenges in the sanctions procedures.

This virtual event is part of a short course offered by the Environmental Law Department at Externado, designed to guide participants in the practical application of sanctioning concepts, promoting a critical and reflective approach to new legal challenges.
