Trends in California Ethics, Civility and The Future of DEI

Please join Holland & Knight and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Southern California Chapter for a 60-minute CLE presentation on ethics, civility and the future of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), led by Holland & Knight Partners O'Kelly McWilliams III, Eddie Jauregui and Anne Beehler.

The first half of our discussion will focus on updates and takeaways on shifting approaches to DEI strategies in the private and public sectors. The second half of the presentation will focus on case updates in California ethics and civility rules, with a focus on developments in California law during the last two years.
