On December 6, 2021, the Court entered the Order Granting Temporary Receiver's Motion to Approve the Proposed Noticing and Claims Process (the "Claims Process Order"), ECF 148, a copy of which may be accessed here. A copy of the Temporary Receiver's Motion to Approve the Proposed Noticing and Claims Process (the "Claims Process Motion"), which was filed on December 3, 2021, ECF 145, may be accessed here.
Pursuant to the Claim Process Order, the Temporary Receiver disseminated the claims package, which comprises the Legal Notice of Claims Administration Process and Proof of Claim Form (ECF 145-1, 145-2) (together, the "Claims Package"), to all known parties in interest and potential creditors on December 16, 2021. The Legal Notice of Claims Administration Process can be accessed here. The Proof of Claim Form can be accessed here.
As set forth in the Claims Package, submission of claims together with all supporting documentation is requested by January 27, 2022 by email to the Temporary Receiver at: SouthAviationReceivership@hklaw.com (subject line: [Name of Claimant] Proof of Claim Submission).
