Director of Business Development Keith Ferry and Attorneys Jordan Taylor and Ilenna Stein sat down with Nicole Martinez from The Deal to discuss the firm's new deal sourcing software, HK Deal Flow®. Mr. Ferry discusses the program's main goal and how it works to match the right private equity fund, family office, lending institution or other types of investors. The HK Deal Flow® program was created because we understand how difficult it is to deal source and wanted to add a layer of value that is appreciated by both the buy and sell side of the transaction.
