Corporate attorney Gabriela Téllez participated in the "Al Paredón con Jorge Hernán Peláez" program. Ms. Téllez spoke about the decision to eliminate the pre-registration or pre-RUT step from the business creation process, registration of nonprofit entities and the opening of branches of foreign companies in Colombia. She explained why Bogotá's Chamber of Commerce and the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) made this decision and went over the form that remains a requirement for the company creation process in the country.
