Gabriela Tellez

Gabriela Téllez is a Colombian business attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Téllez focuses her practice in contractual, corporate and tax law.

Ms. Téllez prepares memorials, concepts and memorandums on corporate matters. She also researches legal issues in the tax and corporate area, and provides support in drafting agreements and structuring corporate schemes, among others.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Téllez worked as volunteer and intern in a pro bono organization providing legal advice and structuring legal strategies in the areas of family, labor and corporate law.
