Defending Wage Claims: Strategies Before the Labor Commissioner

Labor and employment attorneys John Haney and Samuel Stone presented a Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) webinar focused on defending wage-and-hour claims before the California Labor Commissioner. They provided an overview of the wage claims hearing process as well as effective ways to prepare for a hearing or settlement conference.
