Immigration attorney Leon Fresco joined a Bloomberg Law Podcast episode to discuss the latest news on the status of Title 42 and the immigration process at the border. Mr. Fresco expressed his concerns about the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court decision on Title 42. He explained that a system needs to be in place to help manage migrants at the border, which would include appointments where people would be able to get fingerprinted and present their case for asylum in the United States. He believes that the main reason for the large amount of illegal immigration is caused by the difficult process at the border.
